, and court of grievances. Also represent clients at the Ministry
of Commerce ,chamber of Commerce, and Industry , Negotiable Instmmers
Committees , Foreign Investment Committee , forensic medicine
committees , Labors Disputes , Sea Ports , all ministries , Emirate
, Customs Departments, Zakat , Governmental circles and Legal
and official Committees
- Rendering legal opinion and consultation
based on Islamic law in various issues and branches of law relating
to Islamic Financial deals, the Islamic finance , insurance ,
commercial contracts , rent , companies , partnership , banks
, Marine law , and other laws Regulations Prevailing in the Kingdom
and disciplines governing the kingdom.
- Drafting af various contracts , civil
and commercial agreements , construction and building industry
contracts . The office Can also Review
the office shall also go through all documents , agreements ,
contracts , and correspondences to verify their legality , authenticity
, In order to assuve their validity Inside in Kingdom , and validity
in order to deal with inside the kingdom , and their authentication
whenever it is necessary.
- The office shall register companies and
establishments for foreign and national investment purposes ,
obtain the necessary licenses from Ministry of Industry , Foreign
Investment Authority organization , register articles of association
with notary public , publication of the same at the gazette and
follow up of issuance of commercial registrations and commercial
agencies.
- Registration of trade marks and their
protection , intellectual property , service marks , patents ,
copy rights , and finalize all matters related to , in addition
to the approval of Ministry of Commerce and Industry and publication
of the same at the gazette.
- Attendance with the client or on his
behalf in meetings , negotiations banks , seltlements of disputes
, companies , projects , and other commercial transactions.
- Follow up and legally supervising administration
of companies and establishments and verification of compliance
of the same with the regulations implemented in the kingdom. Also
the office can draw up their internal rules and regulations which
administer the firm in Auestion with the view that they work in
harmony and in accordance , and conformity with the legal system
operating in the kingdom.
- Real Estate registration:- Title of property
, mortgages and various real rights.
- Finalization of all legal proceedings
related to insolvency , or bankruptcy. Liaudation , and their
administration as lawyers or legal advisors to liquidators and
bankruptcy custodians.
